Blended First Aid at Work Training Course

Our new two-day Blended First Aid at Work training course can be run at your premises in Leeds, Bradford or anywhere across Yorkshire. This course is suitable for all workplaces and is recommended for larger businesses and those with more complex risks.

Blended FAW - 6 hours flexible pre-learning online + 2 days practical course at our venue or yours – offers you enhanced training whilst saving you time and money.

Our onsite or open Blended First Aid training courses fully meet the statutory requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 covering first aid emergencies and how to deal with them.

The blended approach is particularly convenient, allowing participants to complete a portion of the course online at their own pace before attending practical sessions. This flexibility not only saves time but also ensures that training is efficient and relevant. This a great option for businesses looking to ensure their staff are well-prepared to handle first aid incidents, but cutting down on time away from the business..

Why a blended course?

  • This course can save you both time and money!!
  • Blended learning is now an accepted means by which workplace first aid training can be delivered.
  • This is a more inclusive method of training.
  • The e-leaning module (approx. 4 - 6 hours) can be completed over several sessions prior to attending the face to face practical course.
  • Only two days practical training.
  • Can also be held over 3 days with 4 hour training. (great for those with childcare issues)

Blended learning offers numerous benefits, particularly in the realm of workplace first aid training. By combining online instruction with in-person practical sessions, participants can often save both time and money compared to traditional classroom-only courses.

Additionally, blended learning allows for greater flexibility, enabling participants to learn at their own pace while still receiving hands-on training. This flexibility is especially beneficial for all businesses as it allows them to tailor the training to their specific needs while remaining compliant with relevant regulations such as the Health and Safety (First Aid) regulations 1981.

Overall, embracing blended learning for workplace first aid training can lead to more effective, efficient, and cost-conscious training experiences for both employers and employees alike.
