The course is a basic three-hour interactive session, making it convenient for participants to fit into their schedules. Whether held in person at your location or via Zoom, it offers flexibility for learners.


Course Contents

  • Recognition of Mental Ill-Health: Learners will be equipped with knowledge on how to recognise signs of reduced mental well-being in others.

The course can be conducted at your business premises accommodating up to 12 learners per session. Alternatively, participants can attend courses held at our training centre in Farsley, Leeds or via Zoom.


Stepping Stone to Further Training

This introductory course serves as a foundation for further training in mental health, such as Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) in the Workplace or Supervising Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace. It provides participants with a solid understanding and prepares them for more specialised training if desired.
